I know how they buy cars, and they wouldn’t intentionally buy flood units. It’s all ex Carnax people basically, and there’s an equal chance of getting a flood car at either of those lots. Very small.

All the flood vehicles in Houston that have insurance got crushed. Not broken down for parts or shipped off to Mexico, just straight crushed.

Flood vehicles that were not insured ? Who knows where they are.

Volume doesn't make up for supposedly making no money on the sale. My point is the guy didn't get "top dollar" selling to them. They wouldn't make money.

I was assuming the top dollar meant they offered KBB trade in value without negotiation.
