If the cost basis data was prior to 2011 (I believe) then it is my understanding that no brokerage company has the responsibility.

Which Schwab app sucks? StreetSmartEdge web based - agree. But the desktop app is great and has features you won't find in TOS - and that you will not find at Fidelity.

Call them. No issues... looked at 10 years back - all there. They've actually done a pretty good job with the transition. And if there is an issue, there support is better than what you get at Fidelity.
