Stolen Identity Remediation

A couple of years ago, my identity was stolen. There were a couple of credit cards opened with my info. I only discovered it after I got declined for a credit increase on my credit card. I went through the dispute process and they were removed from my credit report. I went through the process of changing all my passwords, put a freeze on my credit, got new cards, etc.
2 years later, and I'm still getting calls from credit card companies and banks about an open application with my info. I still have the freeze on my credit, so none of them have been approved or show up as inquiries on my credit report, but it's just gotten really annoying. Is there anything else I can do at this point to stop this? Guessing not and my info is just being sold on the dark web, but thought I'd ask. I'd say it happens 3 or 4 times a year.
