I have been bombarded this week with daily, almost hourly seminars, and they have actually paid out on every warm lead this week, but I am still very hesitant. Admittedly, I paid Mötley full for about six months for stock advice, and nothing ever came close to panning out. Anyone have any insight on this platform?

Nobody can predict the future without a flux capacitor.

You need to research your own stocks. Look into the financials. Low debt load, sales trending up over the past few years, reasonable PE ratio, stock price near or below net assets are green flags. Exorbitant PE ratio means the stock might be overbought (although it might also mean the stock has a bright future). High debt load makes it harder for a company to survive a downturn. Sales trending down could indicate a sinking ship.

If you're looking for a quick buck, accept that you're gambling. Look for stocks you wouldn't mind getting stuck with in the short to medium term. Look up the S&P top ten gainers and losers on MarketWatch each day - you'll eventually notice certain names keep popping up. Then you can buy when they drop and sell when they rebound.
