Again the infatuation with a dying fossil fuel industry on here is bizarre. Oil isn’t going away but it will be a long slow death

tech has to come back first, most companies are not as effected by this as they are subscription based with customers.
they are not going to pull the plug on their software/security type business that is already in place.
personally think big banks are a better bet than big oil.

Tech is as overinflated as the DotCom Crash. No P/E reality right now.
