I'm trying to get a credit card for a new business and keep getting denied. Business has no revenue yet but I have strong personal finances to back this up. Credit score aroun 770. I'm not sure why I'm getting denied and not sure what to do from here. Any ideas on what else I can do or why I would be getting denied across the board?

Why don't you call whomever you have your business banking account with? Or if you don't...set one up.

Do you have an EIN? Or just using your social?

Did you try the Spark business card by Capital One? I believe that is the one I started out with as a new company.

I had not tried the Spark yet because I read somewhere that they were phasing that out. I will give that a try though if that is not the case. I've tried Chase, Amex, and Citi so far. I have personal accounts with two of those so it seemed like they would have approved me over anyone else.
