1. Contact the appraiser through the bank.
2. Show some more comps that are more applicable.

Would love to see these lower prices you speak of here on the Northshore but it’s not happening. Inventory is insanely low and folks aren’t budging on their list prices. Money still coming in from out of state, the homes that have sold near me are out of state buyers.
