Depends on what happens to our shares. I was prepared for the usual good earnings sell off after hours. I wasn't prepared for a major restructuring announcement first thing.

From Yahoo comments fwiw: "AMMO anticipates the transaction will be in the form of a dividend distribution to its shareholders of 100% of the stock of AOS, which will become a new, independent publicly traded company. The distribution is intended to be tax-free to both companies and their shareholders for U.S. federal income tax purposes."
