Not they didn't, that is not how this works.

The entity that filed is an aggregation of all shares held in their RIA. So some of their advisors bought POWW in their client accounts. For arguments sake if your shares were held at Raymond James it could be your purchase that shows up in their holdings. These shares could held across hundreds of client accounts and dozens of advisors.
It is not like 1 person at Raymong James purchased 4.4 million shares.

No way....tell me more. Raymond James isn't just one person.....thats crazy.

You miss my point, this is not the equivalent of an institution buying a big block, these buys are completely spread out across their MASSIVE system of financial advisors.
You said "Raymond James bought 4.4 million shares" that does not tell the whole story - some conglomeration of a collective group of Raymond James advisors purchased shares independent of each other - this it not news worthy whatsoever.

Yall think this might jump after next week's ER like it did after the last?
Posted on 8/11/21 at 7:04 pm to ISEN_AG
1 year price target will increase from $11 to $13 per share.
Posted on 8/16/21 at 12:22 pm to Buck_Rogers
Hopefully it jumps and at least gets close to where it got after last ER.

Looks like POWW picked up a government contract. Getting a little bump in the AM.

Yep, I expect a meet or beat and then the usual sell off.
Posted on 2/14/22 at 9:16 am to Wraytex
I'm expecting beat. They announced a share buyback, working on large increase in production via new factory, government contracts award, and gunbrokers.com should be incorporated at this point. Hard not to be bullish on this one. Yet it can't seem to get out of the mud.

Yeah that's been frustrating. Otherwise there's not a bad thing to say about this company, unless one was a brandon supporter. The new plant that triples capacity is entirely paid for with the current order backlog. They do need to come up with a shareholder product discount program.

This dip allowed me to accumulate another 10k shares. I'm sitting on 25K shares at a pps of 4.42.
I made the mistake of not taking profit at 10 last year and that was a blunder but they are printing money.

Damn. I've got 3000 at 4.84.

They did really well as expected. Sold out for 2022. This seems like an extremely safe pick for 2022.

POWW has been creeping up lately from a low 0f 3.98 or so and Yesterday Richard Childress appeared on Fox & Friends discussing the Company's Ammo offer to Ukraine. The new plant in Wisconsin that will triple capacity is still on schedule for summer opening. Currently slightly below 50% of 52 week high. Recent sales call said that every minute of their Ammo lines is booked for the entire year.

I was just about to pop in and mention Richard Childress. My new hero. Never cheered for his race teams (and I’m not that much of a NASCAR fan), but he da man!
