it jumped a ton last week when they announced they are in works with the NRA. They hinted about tomorrows announcement on twitter this morning with this tweet

After doing more reading it sounds, someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the tech is a platform that other would use to apply their firearm technology. Basically like BTC or ETH for firearm or smartgun tech. If that's the case any those companies need TRIG to utilize the BlockSafe platform I can see how the coin has value.

I bought NEO on Bittrex. How does this play into Binance and the NEON wallet. I apologize as I'm still learning and I've never traded prior to this. I appreciate the advice guys.

In that case you can just download the NEON wallet and transfer from Bittrex to the wallet. Similar to how you moved ETH or BTC from Coinbase or the like.
Holding NEO on Binance accumulates GAS without having it stored in a wallet.
Either/ Or you don't need to do both.

They have almost 1 billion coins. That's a lot
If it does get to $1 like the guy in the link thinks, it will almost be in the top 10 of market cap coins.

Guy thinks it can reach 1 billion market cap. But that's on like a 2018 timetable.

I was reading an AMA with the CEO of Siacoin (SC) earlier. People were asking if/when he thought it would hit $100. He didn't respond but someone else chimed in and had to explain that would put their market cap at like $3 trillion.
