Stock market just in spin cycle until the fresh dollars from Nance & Joe show up. Feel much more confident in crypto since that is a market still growing, unlike stocks backed by a stagnant economy, and bitcoin has (thankfully) become considered a SOV and inflation hedge first and foremost.
Still think SPX is around 4300 by May, personally. But crypto market cap (currently 1.5T) will perform much better in that span imo.
The dumb stuff like this board drooling over TSNP because they think it’s a “cheap” penny stock despite it being a shell with a $5B valuation and no US product, is for people who know nothing about crypto thinking they’re in crypto is scammy shite like adding .com to a name in 2000 or the 2018 ICOs that needs to die.

absolutely brutal
To be fair, it's at an all time high, but its dumb to not evolve and recognize greater returns.
A while back with AG majestic was being shorted, I tipped my boss. Instead of buying it on the market, he runs out and buys silver coins.... I was like wtf???
Old people and their money man. Inreally do fell sorry for some of them. This is a guy that will retire as a 2-3 million 401k so I don't feel real bad for him specifically, but I do feel bad for those that can't see the revolution coming.

silver bugs will take a risk to just earn 10% for the year
when they can buy USDC stable coins and earn 12% guaranteed. brutal

What they’ve done well is identify active small cap stocks, which are great vessels for trading. Great volatility breeds great opportunity. I just hope they don’t fall in love with the scam story and think it to be a long term investment.

quote:This should be quoted and pinned in every gold/silver thread. So spot on. I've noticed the shift to it being an emotional trade now among the loud voices on twitter. They wanted to be right so badly, the time had come, and they aren't so their entire thought process and credibility is on the line which leads to emotional response.
imagine being a silver or gold bug, waiting for a scenario like this to play out in a society, where inflation worries and endless printing are of constant discussion, which should make precious metals valuable, only to get completely cucked by digital assets.

ETH is up 18x on the year. I can let it stay in consolidation a little longer
Posted on 2/17/21 at 2:18 pm to jimbeam
let's see since my thesis that eth has major problems and should not be considered as a long term investment in it's current form...
the "eth killers" have absolutely decimated it as people have rotated into other ecosystems
bnb seems to be leading the charge today.
this isn't consolidation.
