Pro tip - Coinbase is bending you over on fees, look at decentralized exchanges.

I use it to onboard fiat then get it off Coinbase. I don’t trust any centralized exchange.

PayPal news is cool, but I don’t see where they said you can transfer stuff in/out? Will take a wait and see approach on them.

Open your eyes to defi at least, there are steady 10% returns on base assets using smart contracts.

The smart contracts are risk involved but so is crypto in general.

Put your wallet address into debank.com, it makes a nice way to track all your asset values from any web browser.

Bank transfer to Coinbasepro, buy eth, Then transfer to my metamask browser wallet. Then use a decentralized exchange to buy what I want.

Also, found out that pine.finance allows you to set limit orders on uniswap. May try that out soon.

That would allow you to operate the dex (decentralized exchanges) similar to buy/sell orders on the cex (centralized exchange) you are used to.

You just need to be careful and remove spend approvals regularly or use separate wallets - a wallet for storage and a wallet for trading.

Moving from 1 metamask wallet to another costs like $1 or less.

Being a multimillionaire these days ain't that big of a deal. Especially for anyone who has owned their own home for years and haven't borrowed their equity out of it and they've been enrolled in their company's 401(k) for a while.

I can remember the day a decade or so ago when the stock market closed up big one day and I walked into the house after coming home from work and told my wife we're officially multimillionaires.

I'll never forget the excitement in her voice when she said, "That's nice, honey. Could you please take out the garbage?"

What’s your sudden interest in the crypto thread? I recall I posted about Chainlink out of this thread and you basically wanted nothing to do with it.

My only post in that thread really had nothing to do with Chainlink, or any cryptocurrency. At least, nothing negative.

My post pointed out that Google was obtaining, using and/or selling more personal data about its users by offering a proprietary crypto exchange.

It may be for some of us that don't have company 401ks and work in some of the poorest professions in the poorest parishes of the state
