Went through the Edward Jones program just missed the score. Really like the material was hoping someone may have some other material suggestions. It was my first time seeing the material but looks like i may need just a little more time to pass it. It was a pretty tough exam. Was really hoping to make this a career. But I know I need licenses to start since EJ let me go after I didnt pass the exam.
Any suggestions as in to maybe I should focus on the 63 or the insurance exam first. And just wait to retake the 7 at a later date. Thanks

Unfortunately, you have to be currently employed by a brokerage firm or wirehouse to even sit for the exam. If you've been let go, you likely won't be able to take it again.
When I took it, I used pass perfect and thought their material was good.
ETA: I did also use the Series 7 for Dummies as a supplement, but the only thing I used from it was their options strategy which I found to be easier.
The 66 is harder than the 7, mainly because it is tricky.
Insurance is super easy. I studied for 4 days and the proctor said I had the highest score she had ever seen.

I took a Series 7 class/lecture the week before the test but also self studied before the class. I passed the 7, 66 and Insurance all within a week of each other. It was brutal.

Focus on the 7 and get it done with. It's the most important one to pass.

We used Fire Solutions when I took the 7. It was fine for the 7, but I supplemented their 66 study material with the online Kaplan practice tests to make sure I passed the 66. The 2-3 guys hired before me failed the 66 on the first try and I didn't want to take any chances. Good luck!

Thanks. Anyone use test teachers online? Just wondering. I may also look into the Kaplan material as well
