Well thanks for fricking up my thread...

And here I thought you answered your own question in the OP. But, now I feel terrible, so let me fix it:

6. Mastercard Black
Unfortunately, the MasterCard Black finishes last because of its underwhelming intro offer, dollar-to-points ration and, in general, bottom-of-the-barrel benefits compared to other cards. Don’t get us wrong; it’s still a luxury card that suits big spenders well. However, our research and scoring says it’s last on the list for a reason.

I was just fricking with you, but thanks for the info.

Looks like the Reserve is the best, even with the 50k offer instead of 100k.

I've heard if you go into branches, that they sometimes have the 60k offer

Never heard of the Altitude Reserve

Looking back, I was a little sharp coming off my previous exchange, and I shouldn't have responded that way

But yeah, I think the Reserve and Amex Platinum are your best choices, depending on how much you use the Amex lounge access. Personally, I carry the Reserve, have been throwing away 100k Platinum offers for years (but will likely pull the trigger at some point), and have never once so much as considered getting a Mastercard Black.
