Marketing firm for side business

I want to get a local (greater BR area) to put together a simple website for me and to maybe run a couple of ad campaigns for a side business I’m setting up. This is a service based company with a couple of offerings related to cyber security.
What kind of budget should I expect to need?
I think the most clients I could handle for the side gig is 10 or so per year.

you should look into a freelancer on Fiverr. Basically anything you could ever need to be done for different pricing and styles.

This is what I do on the side. Not in BR but I am an LSU grad.
A simple static website is going to run you $1000 if someone like me does it or $5000 if you hire a firm and they pay me $1000 to do it.

I could help with the ad campaigns. Price depends on your budget. Some people will take a percentage of spend and others is a flat hourly rate.
I spend about $10k per day on ad campaigns. Clients money, not mine.
