Long TLT?

I’ve been sitting heavily in cash for awhile after making big gains on SLI. I’ve got a big paper loss in AUPH. I’m fairly certain the general trend of the market as long as the fed maintains its rate hiking schedule is down so I’m not going long there.
I’ve noticed that yields on treasuries are starting to catch a bid with the weakness in the equities market. I guess I’m postulating inflation has most likely peaked, so I’m thinking of going long on TLT.
Even if it hasn’t I’m assuming that further weakness in equities will drive more cash into bonds.
Thoughts?

TLT used to be a good hedge against market corrections as it rose during a “flight to safety”. Of course that was in a low rate environment. If rates continue to climb I don’t think it’ll behave the same way.
