They just announced an “update call” July 31st ahead of earnings. That kinda spooked me a bit. Nobody knows what’s coming there.

The last CEO failed to close a Tier 1 deal because of their business model. They didn’t know where to lean and now they do and under a new CEO. They are no longer part competitors to the companies they are talking to. He’s saying 3-5 deals by EOY that are stage 3 which is a big deal. That said they need to raise cash as well so I’m expecting some dilution.

So you throwing more money in at this range? I was just going to throw the money i made of this right back in. May let it drop back to where i bought yesterday and load up again.

I keep wondering if there were some metric in these small cap / micro cap companies that could help predict when a secondary offering was likely. A ratio of cash reserves divided by burn rate, Maybe others like debt ratio and what not.

Right?! Wild move. Not sure how much I like it now with no news and needing another cash raise.
Feels like legit revenue is still 2-3 years out. My gut says TSMC in play though. Who knows. This market is bonkers.
