Is NVDA roundtripping cash to make investments in customers appear as organic revenue ?

Yes.

The question is whether or not it’s at a level where it’s relevant.

Just dropped in to say good post. Worth understanding and glad the market has made it clear to NVDA and others that, we see you.

But like previous poster noted.. how relevant on a percentage of current revenues & growth is it?

Speaking of, they disclosed several investments in various companies last night, all shot up a decent bit

$NVDA disclosed its stake in 5 smaller AI firms and caused them to surge

It disclosed stakes in:
$ARM Arm Holdings
$SOUN SoundHound AI
$RXRX Recursion Pharma
$NNOX Nano-X Imaging
$TSPH TuSimple Holdings

Not only that, but what if their investments into these companies (and securing chips for them) is actually a good investment for NVDA and shareholders?

Remember, NVDA tried to buy ARM for $40B in 2020, and it’s now worth $132B. On the flip side, they were going to pay with mostly NVDA shares that would be worth $130B at todays prices, plus $12B in cash. Still, hard to argue with how NVDA deploys capital.
