International/Emerging stocks 401k

Anyone not allocate to international/emerging equities in their 401k? I’m in my early 30s...have been doing 55% small/mid, 35% large, and 10% international/emerging. Just seems like the int/emerging market is largely underperforming the last 10-15 years. Should I just take that 10% and tack it on the small/mid caps?

I hate buying things on sale. I'd much rather pay full price.
International and EM have been beaten down some due to trade talk, some currency. The day a trade deal goes through, expect an 8-10% move. I think it could be that significant. EM was up 6%+ last week.
Bigger picture, Europe is a few years behind us in the economic cycle and the ECB is still easing.
You're young. Don't make the mistake of selling low and buying high.
