I just got quoted 2.65% on a 30 yr fixed mortgage

I used Lending Tree and am getting rates that are a point less than when I called around locally.
Does this sound right to you guys? Or is this likely a bait and switch situation?

I heard that rate on Friday locally. Just make sure you are quoting everyone the same day bc the rates change constantly.

Lending tree is not a lender
They will get to a Rocket Mortgage, Loan Depot. They are a lead aggregator

This was the initial quote after the ‘tell me a little about yourself and your property questions’
So I completed the full application and will get the official lock in soon I suspect. I’ll let you know what it is when all shakes out, but I don’t suspect it will change.
We have approx 35% equity (last appraisal December 2017). Excellent credit. Should be a slam dunk.

I saw yours. 1.99 on a 15 year is just crazy. I can’t believe these rates are real. Love it.
