The key to UNhappiness is living a life of comparison. If you are poor and don’t know it, happiness is an organic thing, totally unrelated to money or possessions.
If, however you are poor and you compare yourself to others then you will be unhappy because of the perceived lack.

This board has been great to me. Ive tripled some of my investments from some of the drops and market analysts that has been suggested and dropped here.
I am currently working to get out of debt and starting over for the 3rd time. I feel I will be working my way out of it in the next 2 years. I could cash out now and be free. But there is too much market viatiloity to pull out.

Im thinking money wise between 60-80k/ year Financially.

I don’t think the research shows a decline, but it slows significantly and starts to plateau, although it may still increase, just at a much slower rate.
