Humbl went through the reverse split, ticker changes, had their CEO on CNBC, and have the app available, yet the stock price has cratered. Humbl released their financials at the end of last week and the massive preferred shares issued to original developers have been in focus on Twitter and elsewhere. SeekingAlpha has a bearish article that came out yesterday and George Sharp is losing it on Twitter, but he’s yet to go private, so it could be worse.

The 39-page “When will TSNP crash?” thread is currently anchored, but the stock is down over 70% from the date of that thread. Yikes.

Both are down 30%+ so far today. Any believers buying this dip? Anyone still holding here or have you locked in profits?

Eta- down another 25% or so again today. Jesus.

I still think FORW is a good high risk/ high reward investment. The warrants in HMBL, obviously worth less now, in addition to the other companies George is being involved in make me say that

I think George Sharp is pretty terrifying, but I do believe FORW is undervalued with respect to HMBL. In other words, if you like Humbl here, you'd think FORW is the even better play.

How do you feel about the preferred shares situation? Do you care about valuation at all or or you more interested in owning HMBL regardless of price? Serious question.

I bought $1,000 of AT's shares at $6.88. Couldn't have timed it worse if I tried. I'm hodling for the lulz now.

That’s a relief.

He won’t convert immediately into common of a company with no assets or meaningful revenue. But if they ever happen to do anything - boom billions of shares waiting.

Financials reconfirm everything that was speculated .... nothing there

LOL thanks Brian. Just retire them or they will all be worth nothing.

Selling them doesn’t matter - dilution is dilution. It does at least put to rest Richleau’s absurd argument that they will use them for acquisitions. No- those shares are in the pockets of the founders.

I will also readily admit that I was completely wrong about this management team. I thought they gave away a multi billion dollar company for nothing. I was way off. They gave away nothing for multi billions instead.
