Ford Financing Question

I'm seeing the 0% interest for 72 months when you finance through Ford, but does that also apply if you buy slightly used and finance through them?
Wondering if a truck with 20-50k miles would fall under the same kind of deal...

Doubtful. Also 20-50 thousand miles isn't slightly used.

Typically the deal is for new cars

Probably not, but I do know that certain certified vehicles qualify for new car financing. You should ask the dealer and if not certified, they will likely certify it for $800-1000. It will also give you some additional warranty coverage as well.
I bought a used 2017 Tacoma with 7k miles on it and got new car financing.

No, but why buy a slightly used truck? The price is going to be close to new after factoring rebates and the like.

Highly unlikely. Ford makes their profits off the dealer moving new vehicles, so they offer attractive financing deals to increase vehicle sales profits.
Ford doesn't make money when the dealer sells a used vehicle. So if Ford isn't profiting from the vehicle sale, there's no incentive for them to offer factory financing that they won't make money on either.

That's a hard no.

Often certified pre-owned gets special financing but things like 0% is on new vehicles. The captive finance (Ford Credit, etc) will get subsidized by the OEM's marketing department to buy down the interest rates.
