ETF pricing Monday morning

Anyone else see some etfs were trading four times lower than the indexes they follow Monday morning?
There was a video on it on the wsj website Wednesday. I'm having issues linking it with my tablet, but I feel sorry for the the guys placing market orders early Monday and getting slaughtered.

well one side of those orders have to be pretty happy.
I didn't notice this though, I decided to put some more cash in the market about 2 weeks ago, so I can't really stand to look at it at the moment.

Yup. And GE and JPM fell ~20%.

GE trades came back as busted. Mine did anyway.
