I got word a few days ago about Emerson Radio Corporation that they have been doing great, almost eliminating all debt, announcing a huge dividend in a week of $1.10 per share, while their stock is only around $3.75.

I've been researching them for a couple days and reading analyst reports. Anyone see this anouncement of $1.10 dividend/share remarkable?

You realize it's a one-time dividend and not recurring, right? They obviously want to get their ROE higher so they are paying out some of their capital (equity) to accomplish that.
