eBay Return/Ship Outside of eBay Question

Not sure if this is the right board, so please let me know where

I shipped something out, and got some reason it floated around and never got near the customers state. It’s due to come back to me today. I shipped it via FX Ground/eBay.

I asked the customer to put in a claim hoping it let me figure out how to resend it, but doesn’t seem to give me an option.

I’m going to send it out 2-day via my company FX acct when we get it back.

Is there a way to get a credit on the shipping if I’m not reversing the sale by giving a refund?

Not sure if this makes sense, but just looking to get it done. TIA

Not from ebay. You will need to take the issue up with FedEx.

Not from ebay. Your issue is with FedEx. You need to request them to credit you for the failed shipment, which they will only do if you can demonstrate it was their fault.

Thanks. Even if I got the shipping label thru eBay?

Going thru FX will be easier via our direct acct.
