can someone help me out with this, are they're in advantages to DRIPing MLP's over regular dividend stocks?

Tax shelter of the dividends. A large portion of MLP dividends are considered Return "of" Capital and not taxable, but that will depend on the company.

Im confused by the question. (I drip or reinvest all my my dividends regardless of the type of holding.
I do keep MLP's out of my general investing accounts and limit them to a roth or esa account for tax reasons only cause of tax issues.
