Why is Domino's down so much? I feel like they dominate the app/order pizza throughout the country.

They're upside down (debts more than assets).
They also use an overseas call center. Last time I tried to place an order the rep stumbled over the delivery address and repeatedly butchered it. I couldn't trust them to get it to the right place so I hung up. That has to be a drag on their revenue.

The only edible thing on their menu is a sandwich. And it sucks when delivered.

I like dominos for a fast, relatively cheap pizza occasionally
But the app is not great and the call center when the app doesn’t work is hot garbage
