Do I add "in process" schooling to my resume?

I am late blooming here at 30, just began an AS program for Construction Management at the local community college.
I would like to get a "relevant" job this year (sooner than later would be great). Ground level would be fine with me, I really want to learn.
I am not seeing any entry level listings online, so I figured I would email my resume to a few companies and hope for the best.
School just started last week. Do I put in formal terms that I am currently working towards this Associates Degree with a tentative completion date, or keep it off of the resume and just let them know verbally as nothing in my work history directly pertains to it?

Definitely list it as in process, esp if you are seeking jobs in that field. Pursuing higher ed isn't just about the subject knowledge you will gain: it also demonstrates to an employer your ability to follow through, to delay gratification in pursuit of a goal, and to work cooperatively with others.

Put it on the resume with expected completion date . No doubt .
Definitely do not list college education that did not result in a degree or clearly still on going.
IMO obviously
