Incorrect.
Desantis only changed the legislation that affected the Reedy Creek Improvement District.
Desantis has not done anything to Disney at all.
They are completely separate companies that share no influence at all.
Because, if the RDIC and Disney are the same thing, Disney would be guilty of a half a century of bond fraud and not paying taxes.
This is a Desantis vs RDIC battle in the courts.
Unless it’s not??
