I was about to pull the trigger on the Citi AA Business card for the 70,000 mile bonus but saw the Chase Business Ink Unlimited debuted today. Been looking for a Chase card to use at Costco.
I've never had a Chase card. Any chance either one of these won't go through? No recent inquiries and credit score won't be a problem.
The Chase Ink Business Unlimited came out today. It's $500 (50,000 UR points), 1.5% cash back on everything, and no annual fee
LINK
Also the Chase Ink Business Cash has the same signup bonus.

I saw that but 5K spend is a little too savage for me.

The MS game is a little more expensive now without portal rebates on gift cards...But its another 30k in points.

I went ahead and applied for Citi AA Business card and was approved. I did that one because I have a good amount of AAdvantage miles already. It's been years since I've applied for a credit card and I think it's time to get into the churning game. My next app might be for the Citi AA personal card to further build up those miles.
Also, I was reading up on the Chase 5/24 and didn't realize it applied for ALL credit cards. I thought it was only for Chase cards. Apparently, I'm still 0/24 as Citi business cards don't count against 5/24 from what I read.
ETA: 10,002

This is correct. I'm LOL/24 and have been churning 2 (4 including wife) AA personal platinum every 65 days with 9 digit mailers. Over the past 3 months, I've amassed about 700k AA pts with 2 players.
- was able to book flights to london/paris with 45K round trip for 6 of us for only 270k AA pts.

I never paid attention to those mailers. I'll seach and see if I still have any lying around.

Were you able to or did you switch seats before your flight? Only time I've flown using AA miles I was from NOLA to DC. I wanted to book the Economy MilesSAAver for 12.5k points each way but the available seats were garbage and I had no clout with AA to switch seats over the phone. I went ahead and booked the Business/First MilesSAAver for 25k each way. It was kind of a waste for such a short flight but it was the same amount of miles as booking regular Economy.

If you're 0/24, I wouldn't mess with any other personal cards until you fill up your chase cards. You can get Amex business cards also in the meantime if you want.
Have not taken our trip yet. We have decent seats sitting together so won't mess with upgrades. Also I'm cheap when it comes to point redemptions and want to stretch out more trips.
- If anyone lurking have 9 digit AA BUSINESS mailer code let me know

Same. Right at 700K here too

I only have the AAdvantage Citi gold card. Supposed to get like 70k miles after spending 3k in the first three months.
What can I do to maximize my points and fly free more often? What is this chase 0/24?

They just keep sending you mailers? I'm well aware of 8/65 so I'm just curious if you're hitting a public offer over and over or the mailer over and over since they've apparently removed 24 month language.
I'll have to pay attention to mine if that's the case.
I got my wife under 5/24 to double Southwest for CP and got myself under to hit Preferred again.
But now I'll be sitting on 220k UR and 230 United. Since Chase is getting even tighter I wouldn't mind hitting AA again.
We've each had two AA Citi cards, I've had US Airways that converted and then the Barclay AA. I also did the Citi Good checking bonus for another 50k plus 10k in credit card funding of the account when they allowed that. Need to restock.
I'd like to think I wouldn't hit it that hard as not to kill the deal but it will be killed anyways like Alaska Air.

Personal and biz mailers you can get on reddit/churning for a small cost

what expenses do y'all put on your credit card per month?
I'm thinking about using my credit card for everything and just paying it off at the end of every month to take advantage of getting cash back.
I basically want to shift from using my debit card all the time to using my credit card.

Marriott Employee discounts are pretty worthwhile. Don't forget to bring the form the employee has to fill out for you. The times I've used it, they always asked for the form.
