Or because they are proven to not be effective at towing any form of distance. Who wants a truck they can’t tow with?

I'm no EV pumper, but a Silverado HD can weigh up to 8000 pounds. Never heard anyone concerned about weight when doing the things you speak of.

Ford has some control over dealer mark ups. As such, they don’t allow them to set ridiculous mark ups beyond dealer price.
