There was a helluva mess with the developer and then the HOA Board with all kind of lawsuits. I think some of it may be resolved but when we looked there a couple years ago they still had 13 or 14 years left on a pool they paid some absurd amount for. It seems like the monthly HOA on a one bedroom was damn near $900.

I sold my condo on 30a with Kyle Hock and RealJoy Properties.
