Anybody used this site to purchase adjudicated property? There must be a catch to this process, as the prices on these lots are so low. Does anyone know the way to determine the true locations of the properties? The site lists them in a map view, but then has a caveat next to the maps that the location on the map is not necessarily indicative of the exact location. TIA

They sell tax sale properties which can be problematic if the sale was not done correctly.

They give the address but they do several different types of auctions and you better know which you are participating in

yea, ive done the auctions - no issues

not sure what you mean by "true" locations, as it provides you with the actual proprety address..

I see that it gives the map with a location, but it also has the disclaimer below the map. Are you saying that the map gives the actual location? It just seems unclear to me.
