I get that but I have no clue how taxing works for things like an ETF company. If everything they buy/sell is taxable, then I could see a situation where they could be doing some tax loss harvesting with this specific stock.

To add some context, the NVIDIA holdings were 0.87% weight of the portfolio when purchased.
