Cash Balance Plans

I've got one. It was a converted pension as the company (like many others) sought to eliminate pension liability. Guaranteed return of at least 5% and receives quarterly (or maybe semi-annual) "benefit credit" contributions from my company. It's pennies on the dollars of what I would have received with the pension, but there's nothing I can do about it but say "thank you".
