Capital One changing their bill pay format

Used to be great. I've had them for 4 years and ever month I set the arrive date and my bills got paid right on time.
Well I assume with COVID the USPS is losing tons of checks and people are bitching at Capital One.
Capital One is changing their format to instead of an arrival date you select the shipping date (at least that's my understanding of the change). I have everything synced up. I get paid on the 15th and last day of every month. All my money hits my checking account on those days then is dispersed between savings/bills/investments/etc...
Well now with having to pick the shipping date I basically need to babysit the account each month to make sure it sends the check out early enough but not so early as to overdraft my checking and start pulling funds out of savings. Thankfully I'm not living paycheck to paycheck so it really doesn't matter if I get debited for my bills before my paycheck arrives but dammit the system had worked so flawlessly and with little effort on my part once the initial setup was done.
TL;DR
I'm pretty much decided if there's another bank that has Capital Ones old method of sending bills with a set arrival date rather than a shipping date (which based on weekends and holidays will be different every month), I'm going to switch.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Just pay your bills online
My landlord doesn't accept anything but a check each month.

You can still pay Capital One online.
