Wasn't Sure if this went on here or the tech board.

Ive been trying to connect my capital one accounts to third party apps to try them out and see which ones I liked but cant seem to connect to most of them.

Is this still a thing that capital one doesn't allow it?....Everything I have googled pulls up articles or threads from beginning of 2018 and most seem to have say a fix but it doesn't look like they have access codes anymore or I just can't find it.

My Bumped account stopped syncing with my Capital One account in July. They said they are working on it but don't have a timeline for getting it fixed.

I have to do the authenticator everytime I log into mint now for my capitalone accounts. Been that way for a few months.

Edit: I meant to say Personal Capital...not mint. Mint still works fine.

You will have to reauthenticate every time from now on with capital one accounts. This is a new "feature" for their accounts. Could be mistaken, but I think it's in response to a big data breach that they suffered recently.

It sucks and will make things like mint/ynab a major PITA to use if other banks follow their lead.
