It says he has to affirm compliance with Tesla regarding communications, so we’ll see what that looks like.

Interesting to note is that he can’t deny guilt and he waived double jeopardy. DOJ is still lurking, as well as shareholder suits.

Looks like he will have to pay a $20 million fine which is probably like a rounding error in his bank account.

Is it completely over? I thought the company expected its own charges? Or it’s done and over for $20 mil? 16% stock swing makes the $20 mil a freaking joke.
