I'm not sure exactly what their program is these days. In the past, it was a 2 year program. I believe it is now 5 years. You typically receive salary and benefits, with bonus options. They will probably try and pair you up with an existing team at some point. You will probably be required to earn your CFP. I believe it is probably one of the best training programs in the industry. You will not get anything like it at a bank. Feel free to message me if you want further insight.
