Was .99 on April 8th. Hit a 52-week high of $3.66 moments ago. What is happening with it?

I had bought it a few months back (Septemberish) for 0.85. Sold it less than 2 days later at 2.75

It seems to have points where it shoots up dramatically for no apparent reason. I almost bought a bunch at $1.01 a couple of weeks ago. Sheeeesh.....

Yea It had hit $3 something before I sold then a week after I sold it had gotten back to $1/share.
