I am less than a quarter of a mile from the lake in Mandeville and I have Imperial. There rates are competitive and i have not had any problems so far.

What's your hurricane deductible with Imperial?

Have two asi policies with the 1000.00 hurricane deductible. First one has gone up a little bit every year but that's to be expected. When pricing the second one a couple months ago all the competitors I could find were 2-3%. With coverages almost identical the asi premium was actually less. Ive never had a claim but in my experience theyre all a pain in the arse when it comes to paying you....
