Any Advice on Tech Stocks

I am seeing, even after today some depressed valuations in tech.
Got a little bit more than I was expecting on my old volkswagen Passat, and just going to pretend it sold for 1k, and i want to put about $1,500 into maybe an option that expires late in the year.
I have narrowed it down to MSFT, AMZN, META, and NVDA.
Someone indulge me with what they would do here, no other options allowed

Buy QQQi. Gives you exposure to selling calls on the stocks you listed, and it won’t expire worthless.

If you’re in a taxable, just make sure to sell after ~7 years, wait for wash rule, then reset. Qqqi has an awesome return on capital dividend that is tax exempt but it steadily drops your cost basis that takes about 7 years, then you’re tax as ordinary dividends.
