Very hard to do.
The prices are a race to the bottom. Someone will always look to undercut you.
And if an item becomes popular, Amazon will notice and start selling it themselves.

Anybody have recent experience selling on Amazon?
It seems like you've got to find products that are tough for others to duplicate, otherwise it's a race to the bottom as far as profits go.
