AIO ETF with 0.15 dividend

I've been in this for a couple years and doing okay with it but on yahoo forums someone said it's garbage a while back. I've done pretty well when I have extra money to throw down but don't know what to buy.

I would never invest in anything that traded less than 500,000 shares daily.
The average volume is only 53k
No thanks.
Say you wanted to sell 5,000 shares, you’d have trouble finding a buyer. It’s not very liquid.
