Absolutely baffling job posting on LinkedIn

I came across this job as a “new business development manager” at American East Consulting
Commission only
Our business managers typically earn $500-$3000 a month (wtf 500 bucks a month are they serious)
Full 40 hours a week with weekend availability necessary
“Potential” to transition to salaried after a few months
Mid-Senior level
The job has 112 applicants
What on Earth is this crap? This can’t be a serious job offer?

I mean, if you bust your arse and do a good job, you can make $36,000 a year.
And if you absolutely crush it, you achieve middle manager status which has got to get you into the mid to upper $40k range a year.
