damn that is cheap. i don't even want to guess at what a house that size would cost here. i could easily see it being triple that, at least prior to the housing market crashing

We lived in the Heights when our first was born. Loved it, but Garden Oaks was very close by and much more suited to kids.

10-15 minutes to downtown.
