When do the “what hasn’t been claimed” tickets go on sale to season ticket holders?

I know season ticket holders put in a request for their postseason tickets a while back. But when can they buy the tickets that haven’t been claimed yet?
Then the rest go on sale to the general public Friday at 9:00am.
