Question re: SeatGeeks - “ Currently unable to accept this transfer”

Two days ago, I purchased 2 tickets for Alabama game off StubHub. Once I received email advising seller was transferring tix to me and I click link, it takes me to SeatGeek to accept tickets.
After clicking on link, it continually shows this message: “Currently unable to accept this transfer”.
StubHub and SeatGeek “customer service” are beyond incompetent. Before I contact credit card company to cancel the charge, is there anyone here who can help me on this?
Thank you in advance.

I think you have to create a Seat Geek account in order to accept the tickets?

I have accounts on both StubHub and SeatGeek.

StubHub is providing sellers with a converted buyer e-mail address from random domains (mostly financial) they created out of paranoia that the seller will contact the buyer directly for future potential transactions.
I'm not sure if the StubHub buyer is aware of this, but these altered e-mail addresses are what sellers are being asked to transfer tickets to on SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, etc., wherever the mobile tickets reside. I don't know if there's some process from StubHub to then transfer the tickets to the buyer's actual e-mail address once the seller has initially transferred them though.
StubHub is who you should contact if that's where you bought them. They have a live chat feature on the website that I've typically found more helpful than the phone customer service reps.
Here are just a few examples I've seen recently as buyer e-mail addresses:
@cobaltgrovefinancial.com
@plumstoneadvisors.com
@lavenderharborcapital.com
@aspenhillsfinancial.com

Thank you. After telling SeatGeek I was going to contact bank to cancel order, it magically was fixed.
