Question on tix for WBB at UGA Thursday

Seeing a listing on stubhub for "Lower level" with no seats or row. Looks like UGA sold upper GA's and outside of side court reserved seats they sold lower level GA's- do I assume this is them?
They are priced a lot lower than reserved lower level. But worth the $ if I know I am in lower level. Thanks for any thoughts.
